The Town of Shediac adopted its very first cultural policy in 2015 and the outlines and goals of this policy will help guide choices and decisions made by Council in terms of culture. We invite you to go to our site to discover our town’s cultural life.
Cultural Development Committee
The Cultural Development Committee has been tasked with developing a cultural action plan, setting priorities for action and establishing a timetable for achievement. Recommendations must be submitted to Council, who will be responsible for adopting the recommendations and taking the necessary measures to implement the subsequent decisions.

Do you have a cultural project in mind that could enhance our beautiful town’s cultural identity? We are very pleased to announce that the 2022 Application Form is now available. In order to ensure that your funding request is processed in a timely manner, we encourage you to send us your request as soon as possible, before the application deadline of March 18th, 2022.
